Our experienced translation team are ready and waiting for you. Our team has been built up of carefully selected professionals with extensive video game translation experience. It is also of utmost importance that they translate into their native language.

Our team work through our localization tool LocDirect. LocDirect is designed to manage content and communication so all stakeholders can experience optimal localization streamlining.

Change control - As there is only ever one version of the source string, version control problems are removed. If changes are made to source language the status of the string will change and our translators will be alerted to this change.

Collaboration - Translations are entered directly by translators into LocDirect. As a result the development team/loc manager can immediately view and use if desired. If however there are any changes required of solely the translated strings, the dev team can communicate these changes directly to the translators. In this way the loc process is a far more collaborative effort that simply sending files through third parties and emails.

Improved Quality - Each string can include further contextual information in text form. With this additional information the translation team can provide translations of improved quality. You can alter these descriptions in real-time which is of course extremely difficult to manage if working in offline files. This also ensures that the information change is seen by all translators without further management. You can further expand on this by licensing the Enterprise package enabling you to actually attach files that will provide further contextual information for translators.

Translator questions - Comments or questions can be added to any string. A translator can add a question and alert the dev team/loc manager of this question through LocDirect. Once entered, the comment/question/answer is then viewable by all translators. The question need only ever be asked once.

Staggered releases - You may not want to localize into all languages at the same time and others may follow later. At present you will need to assemble, manage and maintain a loc package for this purpose. That is not the case with LocDirect. All the strings on the server are the latest ones. They will feature descriptions, translator questions, dev answers, string length restrictions etc. When you want to send for translation for additional languages, all the assets the translators need are available to them.
