  Accuracy and consistency are ensured by extensive use of Translation Memories (TMs) and Term Bases (TBs), which allow previously translated texts for a specific language to be easily consulted and referenced in order to keep the same tone, style and terminology.
• What file formats do you accept for translation?

  We accept most common file formats, from Excel to Word, to JSON to POs or CSV, and are always up for a challenge with more unconventional or proprietary file formats to do our best to make them work within our workflows, processes and tools.
• How long does the standard translation process take?

  This heavily depends on the type of content, the amount of texts to localize and the languages involved, but on average a 500 words translation should take no more than 2 working days.
• Can you handle industry-specific terminology and technical content?

  We have a wide range of linguists we collaborate with, with varying areas of expertise outside of gaming, so depending on the specific industry and terminology involved, we might very well be ready to work on it, and in case we are not we can always agree on allowing us some lead time to get appropriate resources together for your content.
